Right so about 20 minutes ago i came back to my computer to find it had gone into sleep mode, I pushed the space bar and nothing happened at all. After about 10 minutes of waiting windows booted back up and was doing some weird stuff like asking me about adobe flash player 10. About a few minutes ago another error came up :

It is a Samsung f3 500gb HDD

What could be wrong =\?

have you tried to schedule an error checking. it Automatically fixes files systems errors and scan for attempt recovery of bad sectors.

How would i go about doing that?

right click ----> properties ----> tools ----> the first one "This option will check the volume for errors"
