What is it?

Is this a problem with my video card or the game itself.It doesn't happen all the time and my gpu temp is at 60.The bit inside thew red square.

*overheating (mem or gpu)........ Temp only at 60
*overclocked too much...............Not overclocked at all
*phsyical problem with the card...Not sure
*driver/game issues...................Second game this has happened to.Will change drivers and see what happens.

Where can i get 3dmark from?

I will try some more games but it is hard to tell because it doesn't do it all the time,just at certain points in the game.

How can i find this out? The only temp i can find is 60 but can't find nothing for the mem

I have ran 3D Mark06 don't know what i need to show you guys but here goes.

Just ran 3dmark again and selected AAx2 and when i run it a box pops up with an error report.Does this card not support AA?

that looks to me like overheating video memory

Is there any way i can test this for sure?

Well i updated my vid drivers to 81.98 and it is still the same.
