I keep seen references to the "MM Boards" and i believe this is where used parts can be brought and sold. However i can not see it in the forum lists.
Is there an entry requirement and if so what is it as i can find no general info on these boards (other than reference to it).

Thanks

Thanks, well i have a way to go before i am allowed in :-( , i better try harder to help others!
+ i hope that asking this question was not against the rule "Please do not post on the forums asking why you cannot access the members market".
Sorry if this is the case......

After thought:
Maybe OCuk should ask for "small donations" to add items for sale (including the members requirements still of course) as this is very good of a hardware retail company to allow this, especially when they make no money from it.
I would feel much happier buying from members here than well known auction sites.
I would also be happy to make small donations in order to sell a few items i acquire from time to time.

if ocuk took donations, then if a deal went **** up the buyer would expect ocuk to sort it. i think that would then cause a lot of problems for them that they dont really want.
9/10 the deals go through fine, but its a member-member deal and ocuk take no responsability (i think) which is better for them.

I do see your point, which is why i though donations would be better (i.e no fixed fee and no promise of anything in return). Possibly a bad idea though, must be the "Dell Boy" in me coming out. ("this time next year OCuk will be Millio.....errr..... Billionairs" )

Ooooooooooooo! Donations?! Don't even go there sonny jim!

Boys, if this gets pushed through, prepare your combat keyboards.
