What is my bottleneck.?

Hi just wonering if i have a bottleneck as such.?
am going to use this pc for another good few months till the new cpu tech from intel comes out

Xp Pro x32
2 x 1gig corsair xms2 DHX @ 900Mhz
intel c2d e6600 @3.3Ghz
striker extreme 680i mobo
BFG 9800GTX+ gfx card 512mb

ram tbh get 1 g & keep xp
or get a 64bit retail vista you can transfer in a few months & 2g
