What is open box?

As titals says what does it mean when it days something is open box.

Is that the same as saying it's second hand?

Send OCUK a note either through the website webnotes or through the forum customer service section and ask them exactly what's what....

Also, if you buy it and there's problems OCUK will take care of it, no worries there

Never had a problem with B-GRADE. Even if the box is opened sometimes it's a case literally just that, box open, customer didn't want, got a B-GRADE subwoofer, not a scratch on it, good as new.
