More weights, bigger muscles but does this equate to strength or is strength a generic thing or is it built up in your younger days or do you just need to be very consistant, i.e trianing a few times a week for years.
I find that if I take a week or more away from anything then I just lose any progress I've made, I'm right back at square one again. This applies to swimming, weights(although I only do situps and barbell curls), not so much with running and cycling but I did a lot of running in my younger years, not really any upper body stuff such as weights though.
