Mine came with a 4GB one so im guessing most will, but probably better checking the spec on the website from where you are getting if from just to check.

Only had two phones that came with one as standard and they were both 8GB (HD2 and Desire HD). My previous phone was an N95 8GB, so for me I'd say 8GB is average!

The average? Of everyone ever produced? I'd say 1.8136 gig.

Nowadays though, right this minute, I'd say 4.83163 gig.

So the standard amount tends to vary between 2/4/8/rarely 16

I'd say 4gb is pretty standard right now.
