What is the best 144hz 21:9 Monitor for Gaming ?

Questions in the thread title !

Been looking at the Acer Z35 but there seem to be a few options.

Also does anyone know if any companies have confirmed they will be releasing 21:9 monitor with 144hz at a resolution greater than 2560x1080 ?

At the moment 100hz is the highest i can find in this category. Im worried I would notice the difference in Hz as I am used to 144hz.

The only downside for me with a 2560x1080 monitor is the low resolution but i guess i could offset that with Nvidia DSR ?

You might notice the difference but it will be nothing like going back to 60hz, personally I think you would get used to it very easily, the difference between 100hz and 144hz is minimal compared to 60hz vs 100hz, coming from a smaller 144hz panel I would take a 100hz 3440x1440 monitor over a 144hz 2560x1080 panel any day of the week.
