What is the best and compatible RAM for this rig????

650W PSU
Intel i5 3570k
Motherboard:Asrock z68 extreme3 gen3 or asrock z77 extreme4 motherboard (I havnent picked yet,please give me options for both)
RAM:8gb
Hdd hard drive 500gb
Also I'll be getting a case and optical drive
Am I missin a part ? :/

Any decent 1600mhz kit will serve you well for general use. Kingston and Patriot make great 2 x4gb 1600mhz C9 Kits.

@ the op, will you be using an aftermarket cpu cooler? As this will also play a part in what ram you decide to opt for. Quite a few of the large dual tower air heatsinks may clash with ram kits that feature high fins/heatsinks. Personally id go for a low profile kit so as you dont limit your cooler choice.
