You will get to 4.8 its not that hard really ...
As for cooling I am only running a 4.4 OC and using a H80i and it keeps the temps down just fine, I have also ran at 4.8 and it was also keeping the temps within tolerance.

every chip is different, someone with the exact same setup as you could get very different results.
