What is the best CPU for £100 or less??

I am in the process of putting a spec together for my brother and kind of stuck right out the gates on what CPU to go for.

The PC will be used simply for browsing the net, using Adobe Illustrator and capable of playing 1080P Blurays (so IGP is a must), but I want it to be pretty snappy in operation when paired with an SSD.

I was thinking of going for something like an AMD A10-5800K but not entirely sure how snappy it would be for my needs - should I be looking at something else that would suit my needs better??

Hiya thanks for the input guys - an SSD is going to be a must for this build as is integrated graphics.

So what I really want is best single thread performance (may also overclock the cpu if at all possible) along with IGP that can play 1080p faultlessly - I want the best of those two for a budget of about £100??

I am actually leaning towards just getting an i5 2500K and clocking it - if I can pick one up for £100 it looks like the best bet even though it is total overkill ...
