Hope this is the right forum area.
As the title says, if anyone can offer advice i would be grateful.
I need a reliable and robust USB memory stick.
8/16GB will be fine although larger is of course OK
I need something reliable so that i don't loose data and don't get corruption.
Security is not important to me, just reliability.
USB 2 will also be fine (to save on costs) as it is only for transporting data / keeping useful tools on. Speed is not too important
I would like it to also be tough, so that if it gets sat on, etc. it will not break.
I currently use a FreeCom stick, but i think this is just a cheep and nasty thing (was given it), and worry that one day it will stop working. If i Use this for "ready boost" the pc crashes after a while and i suspect it is due to the cheep stick.
I also now and again get a corruption message and ScanDisk asks to be ran... (i don't like this....)
(my 100th post.......!.. MM getting closer
