What is the best iphone tracking app?

Hey,

I'm looking for something with the functionality of Cerberus for android, but I cant seem to find anything with such extensive functionality for the iPhone.

I would like to be able to remotely take pictures and audio, turn on and off GPS etc and track the phone.

Is there even an app for the iPhone that can do this?
