What is the best looking console ever (physically, hardwarewise)

For me the gamecube, but the white console which i think came with mario football for me was and is still the best looking console then along with a wavebird was the best console ever

Objectively the xbone s is the nicest looking imo.
From a nostalgia point of view the black Sega Saturn. I consider it the turning point when consoles started crossing over from a toy to an entertainment system.

Just the pad alone. I remember holding it at at launch and thinking this is the future!

Do miss my SNES. Looking at the Pad now - there hasn't really been much in the way of change in design only a couple sticks added here and there. Has to be said Nintendo had the design spot on.

Objectively as in it's nothing special in my personal taste, but as a part of a wider entertainment setup it's the least likely console to stick out like a sore thumb.

I think the N64 had a nice form too for it's generation

Worst is either the Original Xbox or the launch 360 imo, just dull to me

I know many people disagree but I love the Xbox One, I've never been bothered by the size of it and I just think it looks really sleek.

Personally I've always had a soft spot for the PSOne. Going from blocky edges to curves was a massive change for the better.

Xbox One and the S are the best designed for use in a tv unit.

PS3 was a horrid scratchy black plastic hulk of a mess.

Original Xbox was a gigantic brick but at least felt indestructible.

PS2 was odd with the bigger top than bottom and the huge empty hard drive cavity. Looked cool stood up vertically with the blue stand.

Dreamcast was nice in an "old fashion" console kind of way.

The older things like the Megadrive / Master system were built like tanks and relatively sleek for their time.

PS4 looks nice but is functionally awful what with the front USB ports, noisy cooling and wonky feet.
