What is the best Media Player for windows 11 ?

I know you can still use the old media play but its dated and l still need to install another app like VLC or KM PLayer. due to codecs but they can play everything the issue is I would like a something I can use to play and organise all my Video and Music also burn and rip CD, ( not sure if you can do this with DVDs).

I use plex to host my movies but I would like something local on the PC.

what are you looking to gain by using local app?

I only have movies on the server.
I need something local because so I can organise my music and some movies and want to be able to still watch them without having a internet connection when I'm away. basically like we could do in the past.

i used to use this for music But it used to work very well for all content

Thanks, I used this in the past and tried it yesterday but it no longer works that well, the biggest issue was the playing videos, the would only show part in one corner and no work correctly buffering and sound issues, so I did not bother checking everything out. I dont know if its just a windows 11 issues.

I've used it in the past and it was one I would always use but with VLC and media player I stopped using it as much, re-installed it yesterday and found Cyberlink PowerDVD the best I have found so far (does everything the others do) a lot faster than it use to be, the only issue is I don't have a clue how to rip and burn discs on it.
