What is the best Program for Temps?

Hi all I need a program for monitoring temps accurately can anyone reccomend one or a few?
Also that it states clearly what it actually measuring.

I'm currently using speedfan and I juts don't get which temps are what (apart from the obvious ones)

what cpu and cooler?

Look a bit low, try real temp and hw monitor see how they compare.
Run at full load and check temps.
