what is the best way to download youtube vids

I use an add-in to the browser, it just gives me a download button under every video in Youtube. I think it's called Fastesttube and it works very well. You get the option to download in all the available video formats.
 
Feek just used it and its fantastic, thank you so much for that.so easy to use and no messing with perian.is there any reason to use perian,i guess if you want to play other stuff downloaded from other places yeah?

i use command option then press a.. you get a box pop up with root of page look for the video i.e. usually a over 300k file

example is downloading just click it and it'll download as fly,, you can do this on a lot of sites and i don't mean porn lol
 
flv it should read,, sorry and you only asked about best way, not playing it them in iTunes ,,

i use vlc media player for video... handbrake for converting or iskysoft... i was just pointing out a simple way,, good luck
