What is the best Wifi Usb Dongle I can buy?

I am looking for a good quality wifi dongle which, works on both 5ghz and 2.4ghz at the modern wifi standards. Please recommend the best I can pick.

comes with extension lead and dock
supports win 7/8/10
picked up surrounding networks I didn't know existed
under win 7 load the software, plug it in, away you go
under win 10 had to use supplied genie connect software as win 10 wlan service would hang on trying to connect
