What is the clock ratio of a stock e6400?

I tried to find it on the web but came up with a couple different things...I think. I need to be sure. I just put an e6400 in a ds3 board(rev2) and its reading it at 266x6 for a 1.6. I know the chip runs at 2.13 and want to make sure I set it up right in bios.

Thanks, I thought that was probably it but I feel much better having you say it. Take care. I am on my second ds3 (first one would not boot) and am high caution mode.
