that is very strange???
i've been using asus motherboards for the last 3 years or so and have never had one with locked bios options, might be worth going on the asus forums and asking the guys there, it might just be a case of upgrading the bios or something like that, i can't see the people that built your system writeing there own bios for the board just to lock out the oc options

I know
it sucks it's Phoenix award bios and there probably is a way to unlock it i imagine...
