Game at 1080p on a 24" screen at respectable frame rates? Never really dip below 30 and hit around 60 in most games whilst playing at medium to high settings.

Whilst at it same question for low-medium settings at the same resolution.

Well let's throw in BF3/Skyrim as a standard. Majority will be older games truth be told but there's some upcoming ones (borderlands 2, SC2 heart of the swarm, planetside 2...) that i'd like too.

It'd require OS, monitor (looking at 24"ers and 1080p makes sense) and keyboard (not mouse) too.
