What is the most odd item you've wrongly received on an order?

I ordered some tissues from Amazon yesterday to be delivered today.

A big box arrived and inside was a pack of 54 phonics flash cards to learn English, and a Barbie doll!

An update on the OP situation.

It seems the tissues just arrived.

So I don't know where this doll and cards have come from. I've had no order opened with Amazon for that.

Looking online, I'm thinking this is part of a brushing scam.
