I'm sorry, the correct phrase is "What's the time Mr. Wolf?" or "Simon says: 'Tell me the time'"

Since you did not follow the correct procedure, I'm obligated through forum law to be as unhelpful as I can and indeed, inform you that the time is in fact a cabbage.

You're looking at GMT, we're not on GMT.

:edit: The BBC website is showing the correct time for me, you're clearly doing something wrong.
