What is this error?

My son is having problems on his pc,every so often the pc will reboot and when back in windows it shows...

What is it? It happens randomly sometimes whilst browsing /playing games.

His system spec is..

AMD sempron 2400+
Asus A7V600-X motherboard
Geil 256mb PC2700 value
40g Samsung IDE
Geforce 4 440mx
Win XP SP2

i had same error BCcode message one of the client's PC, its related to ill RAM

try memtest for few hours

I ran it for 2 hours yesterday and it found no errors.I will try it again today whilst i have more time to let it run.

Ran it for 7 hours with 28 passes and no errors,so it seems like it may not be a memory problem.Any other ideas what it maight be?
