If the tape on top is from the drive, its a DAT drive, These come in several types and capacities, ranging from DDS1, to DDS5, and also DAT72, and DAT150. Depending on the drive/media type capacity ranges from 2GB to 150GB.
They are quite robust little tapes, and still faily common in small scale backup systems.
Most dat drives are SCSI not IDE, cant really tell from the picture, but looks suspiciously like a scsi interface (more pins than IDE).
