What is this noise (Video)

New Phantom 820 Case, With added sound effects coming from the Front Fan Area. I'm pretty sure it isn't my SSD.

Here is a video, You might need to turn your volume up it sounds like something is dripping but their isn't

What could it be? It is seriously annoying

Have you attempted to isolate the front fan and see if the noise is still there?

I've removed the front fan and the noise appears to be gone.

Now the front panel connectors wont make the fan start now arghhhH!!

I had the very same noise ( only slightly faster ) a couple of months back ,, turned out to be one of the stock fans that came with my case ( Lian-Li K62 )...took the fan out , noise stopped...put it back , noise started , so I took the fan out of the case and it seemed to have been sitting unevenly ie the screws in the four corners of the fan were not all screwed in the same....it was sitting in the case lopsided , so i levelled the screws up, put the fan back and ....no more noise , and is still fine

That would kind of make sense! I couldn't really make out the noise 100% as the audio was not great. Process of elimination!

I've swapped it out with the top case fans as they are the same model, Same sound still.

I will try making the fans level tomorrow as i just put the case back together which is a pain in the ***
