PSU brand/model? (and rest of spec)

Do you see the anomaly as the system boots up i.e. before windows applies drivers?

Are they there all the time within Windows or do they appear over time during useage?

Have you plugged in two independent leads into the card?

Card temps?

I've seen similar on a monitor of mine with a poor connection (An older monitor, so probably dry joints). Have you got a spare monitor to test? Have you tried jiggling the cable/connection?

Hope it’s not, but looks like space invaders are coming.

Try a different DP cable
Try HDMI
Try a different monitor

Phew, it's always nice when the cheapo solution if the right one, you know rather than the £1000+ top of the line thing that has been known to recreate the 70s arcade feel with gusto.

That sort of artifacting I've seen from a bad cable/connect but not seen that since DVI was mainstream
Seems to be getting common again, particular with budget cables. The increases in both resolution and frequency is pushing bandwidths right up to the point there’s data corruption.
