What is this song?

Hi all,

I've been trying to find out what this song is called for quite a while. I then heard it playing on one of the old Top Gear episodes. Luckily I managed to track down a clip of it on YouTube. Try and ignore the Spanish commentary. It plays in the background from 00:16 - 00:46. If anyone out there can nail this question that would be so great. Cheers.

Sounds a bit like that Odyssey song - Going Back to My Roots. Probably isn't though.
