What is this worth and is it a good build?

hey guys, first post so sorry if I’m breaking rules or being a noob, just want advice to see if the below is a good build and how much it would cost to build:

Intel core i7 8700k
MSI z370 Gamping Plus LGA1151
8GB HyperX Fury DDR4 3200mhz
Hyniix 250GB N.2 NVMe SSD
3TB Seagate Hybrid drive
Magic Eaglee RGB kb&m
ASUS vs248 24” monitor
EVGA 550w psu with two dedicated pci-e cables
uSB dual layer DVD burner
Coolmaster ML240 MM AIO RGB water cooling kit

Also I need advice on a GpU that will fit this build and advice on anything that’s missing?

It’s for sale at £450 and I’m a noob. I will need to buy a Graphics card as it doesn’t come with one. And I want it to be in line with the rest of the builds performance.

Is it a good deal? What’s it all worth and what GPU should I get

its a lot of computer for the money without gpu, but overall worth would depend on the gpu and chosen price to establish if its better than buying all new.

1080(ti) or rtx 2070 id say if you wanted nvidia otherwise vega 56/64

Its a decent build but would add another 8gb ram to make it 16gb as 8 gb is quite limiting these days.
