My Google skills fail me and none of the staff at the resort knew what it was but the pool attendant mentioned something about ropes and children

You Tube link would be appreciated if anybody knows exactly what it is.

It's an advertising frame I think. I'm guessing something hooks onto the loops at the top, also from the lack of grass growth between the bars, implies there's usually a banner or a cover on it.

It's by the side of an outdoor swimming pool in Kos, not really facing anything, so definitely not advertising.
The Barman said Belgium people used to come to it about 2 years ago but not sure what it was for and the pool attendant said ropes attached to children
It would be nice to see it in action.

Ah, well without context its really hard to guess :p

Looks like a zip-wire station, if it is there will more than likely be another pole where it's facing or a hole in the ground where it has been, or damaged grass, or kid's teeth, ripped off finger nails and blood-stains where they've fallen off before the end.

looks like it might be one of those bungee jumping trampoline rigs you see kids using at fun fairs?

Good shout but I don't think it's wide enough for all the bouncing around.

More pics from Google Earth.
I believe it is a standalone construction.
