Assuming from your post that you definitely don't know how to use google or any othe search engine out there even at basic level, please stick with windows home versions and don't even try to go anywhere else.

Whilst quite brutal, it's true, although you don't say whether you researched at all (i dont believe you did) you'll have no chance of learning an entirely new operating system without research.
