This is the argument I had with a friend passing on the left is not undertaking.
This is undertaking as explained by a lawyer (which I agree with).
Its only an undertake if you go to the left lane to gain a positional advantage and go back to your lane.
He said just driving in the left and passing cars in the right is undertaking.
