No you shouldn't be concerned. The VID isn't the same as the vcore voltage, you want to use something like CPU-Z to show the frequency and voltage on the cpu.
The VID is I believe what the CPU would be asking for if auto voltage was set... but don't quote me on that. The vcore is what is important as that's what it is actually getting.
I've just changed from haswell to IVE, vcore set manually to 1.2v and VID in core temp reports up to 1.24v under load. CPU-z will bounce to 1.212v (as shown in asus suite).
VID on haswell usually runs below vcore so this is a tad confusing!
