What is wrong with my video RAM?

Hi,

I have a Radeon 7970HD, which I recently bought about a week ago. It comes with 3GB dedicated memory, however, Dxdiag, CPU-Z and GPU-Z are showing me different values for the memory size.

What is wrong?

GPU-Z is reporting the correct value and that'd be the one I trust, not sure if CPU-Z reports it wrong but it looks like it.

As for dxdiag, I haven't used that to check on anything since the XP days - you can blissfully ignore it.

Exactly the same results on mine, I wouldn't worry about it.
