What is your idle temp of AMD Ryzen 9 5900X CPU with Noctua NHD-15 without low noise adapter

Hi guys,
I have AMD Ryzen 9 5900X CPU with Noctua NHD-15 without low noise adapter. I am using ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PRO (WI-FI) with Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2 case. I have configured Phanteks SK140 6 fans on following configuration.
  • Three on front
  • two on top
  • one in back
My idle CPU temp always in between 40C to 50C. When load comes it goes higher than this but less than 70C.

is this normal?
