He'd be exhausting to watch. He's a great stand up comedian but he wouldn't be suitable for the role. I'd like them to find someone who's a modern day McGann. And for a steam punk aesthtic

I'm still fed up that he didn't get proper run in the role.

That said; even if he hadn't already played the role and got it tomorrow, it wouldn't matter much; the writing has got to a point where it really doesn't matter who plays the Doctor.

I see there are still plenty of sour grapes regarding the Doctor being played by a woman.
