What jack adaptor thingy do I need?

The wife has my old HD595's and on her macbook pro, she can only have those plugged in but also wants to use a Mod Mic I got her, however I don't know of any adaptors that allow both headphones and microphone to be plugged in.

Anyone?

Yeah or get a usb powered one rather than aux
