Hi guys, quick question here - the job title 'Software Engineer' doesn't tally up with the role IMO. I'm sure we have plenty of management bods here, what would you deem a suitable job title for the role?

- There will be a wide range of technical accountabilities and activities performed by the job holder depending on the specific discipline e.g. development, support and environment Configuration.
- Undertake support, development or environment configuration activities as required
- Technical lead on small projects, software upgrades and patching with minimal supervision
- Impact assess and validate technical solutions
- Participate in the documentation of technical solutions
- Perform proof of concepts to ensure end to end solutions are fit for purpose architecture frameworks
- Work within the application delivery standards, development methodologies and strategic
- Provide input to projects and solution delivery teams with regard to the technologies within their domain
- Take part in implementation activities, change control and release planning
- Takes ownership for resolving all IT related problems within their domain, which directly or indirectly impact on the operational services or development
- Establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with other ******* teams, being an ambassador for ******* within the business community, supporting a customer service culture."
