What keyboard d'you use?

7 years of muck and food and crumbs and disgusting little skin flakes that have stuck together and formed little globs of me under the keys - sometimes it makes em stick in the depressed position!
No wonder they're depressed!
So many awesome keyboards around these days: think I'll go for the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard. Their customer service sounds amazing!
One of those steampunk keyboards would be fantastic.

G11. Does the job well and the back-lighting is a nice touch. I really want one of those logitech illuminated keyboards but don't have that sort of money to waste on a keyboard when this one is just fine.
Enermax Aurora 4-5 years now still going strong. Best keyboard in terms of touch and feel imo. Only thing is it's not backlit, dont think there were any back then that were.
I've been tempted to try out the Tron keyboard(whenever its available). Pictures can be quite deceiving though. I was about to buy the logitech illuminated keyboard, from the pictured it looks like the keys are spaced out and shaped similar to a macbook or apple keyboards, which I like and prefer now. But looking on youtube, its not..

Indeed. I was frantically searching for a chiclet type keyboard a few days ago, but hit a wall with either an Apple wireless (££), or a cheapo one for ~£13 with no reviews anywhere. Then by pure chance I came across the HP Elite and found a cheap one on eBay, so went for it.

Same here after ~3 years of using laptop style. I type like a 10-thumbed retard on a full heighter these days.
Anyway, what keyboard is that? It looks awesome.

NM, just seen it's a Lycosa. Glad it's not wireless as I'd have kicked myself for not buying one to replace my Advent. Although I probably would've considered it on the basis that it looks brilliant. Gah.

Thirded. I have the very same - Filco Majestouch with MX Brown switches. I like it a lot. The only upgrade I am considering is a second one with no number pad.
A factor worth considering, which nobody in this thread seems to have mentioned yet, is N-key rollover (NKRO). How many keys can you press at once before some of them don't register? Might sound like an obscure consideration but a lot of inexpensive keyboards (and a surprising number of expensive ones) are quite limited in this sense. And it can make a difference while gaming - on the keyboard I had before this one there was a particular movement combination I just couldn't do - something like walk forwards (w) while strafing sideways (a or d) while sprinting (left shift) (I'm afraid I can't remember for sure if that was it, might have been something to do with crouching instead, but it certainly annoyed the heck out of me).

Looks like a Razer Lycosa btw.
they keys have this oddly soft thin rubber coating that just feels perfect.
