What kind of memory do I need?

Hi,
I'm getting an Athlon 64 socket 939 cpu.

At present I have an old socket A XP3200+ cpu with PC3200 DDR ram (400mhz)
Could I use this ram with my new cpu and mobo, or do I need to upgrade the ram?

You're current RAM will be fine, PC3200 is the right RAM for S939
