B- (or same look for it while looking for other things, or check the net, or ask in the advice channel of a helpful MMO, if it were real, of course you could ask till you found someone who knew where it was)

A -As he said, if they ask and nicely, not overly nice, just not demand help right now because you're just there to help them, no other reason.

B- efficiency, why wouldn't I try and do as much as possible on one trip, same way I go to the shop maybe twice a week for food, I don't go buy some bread, and go back later to get butter, and go again the same day for some pudding.

A - probably won't talk in character, but probably won't purposefully say something stupid about them or mock them.
