What kind of PSU should I get?

I have a Q9550 system with Nvidia 450s in SLI, 4 GB RAM, 5 or 6 cooling fans, two Sata HDDs and one optical drive, what kind of wattage do you think I should buy, I did have a 700W Arctic but it died shortly after I bought the 450s so not sure if 700W would be enough if I were to buy a similar PSU, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Power draw looks like approx 400W from GTS 450 SLI @stock. link Sounds unlikely that the new GTS 450s caused the PSU failure.
