What kind of RAM for O/C

Hey,

For overclocking an E8500 what kind of RAM will I need?

I currently have some OCZ PC2-6400, will this hold me back?

running the pc6400 at stock speed will get the 8500 to 3.8ghz, any more than that will depend on how clockable the pc6400 you have is.

personally i'd stick with the pc6400 for now.

Personally i would go for some of the Kingston pc2 8500 stuff that OCUK have on special offer. Less than £40 for 4Gb is a bargain. The extra headroom will be needed for the big clocks the E8500 is capable of.
