Sorry to hijack your thread mate, I've been having line issues as of late. I was going to create a new thread but it's slightly similar. Can anyone confirm if these stats are giving me the desired speed, my download rate is about 580kbs max.

If you're on an ISP that uses BT Wholesale, your IP profile should be 6Mbps, so ~650kB/s plus overheads. If you're with an ISP that doesn't use IP profiles, you'd get a little more.
