what lapptop for linux

hi what to want get a latop and run cent os with some virtual os running over the top.

which laptop is recommend for linux budget up to £650 ish

Dell is quite good for Linux, I run CentOS on mine and it's a Latitude D830

I got mint on my IBM Thinkpad T43 at the moment, it all works fine, had ubuntu on it before

Thinkpads are good for LInux, very nice machines as well. I used to have one and it was like a little tank.

My x22 isnt too bad (samsung), its got intel wireless card and a few other normal standard bits (just has an ati 2400 in it which works pretty well supprisingly)
