Anything with an SD card reader. If you want slicing software and Cad/cam software such as fusion 360 then most modern machines will be adequate unless you are dealing with heavy STL or OBJ files or need to produce renders. Mach3 software for CNC will run on just about anything. Some guys are using Raspberry Pis with Octoprint for wifi remote operation of their 3d printers.
