what laptop memory and HDD should i buy on OC please

i have the

Legion 5 Pro
AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800H Processor
Lenovo Legion 5 Pro (16" AMD)

and im looking to buy another 8gb ram and another hdd if anyone can please recommend any from ocuk

The RAM is easier - none as OcUK doesn't stock any SODIMMs that are fast enough. You need 3200MHz and 2666MHz is the best available (unless you want to buy 32GB). But we still don't know if your 5 Pro has 2 x 4GB or 1 x 8GB RAM so you are going to have to do some work before we can make any suggestions. Download and install CPU-Z from https://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.99-en.exe then look under the SPD tab to see how many slots are occupied.
