Just popping over to Paris/Versailles a few days, but really don't know what lenses to take. I would rather travel as light as possible. Doing the normal touristy stuff.Taking an XT20 APS-C body with me. Lenses available:
1.)8mm/F3.5
2.)13mm/F1.4
3.)16mm/F2.8
3.)16-80mm/F4 standard zoom

I am thinking perhaps the 13mm? The sharpest of the bunch and the wide aperture should help in the evenings.

Phone has 11mm/24mm/112mm equivalent lenses too.

Not sure why you’d want a wide angle for street photography.

Get a 35mm.

Thanks for the suggestion - I don't really do street stuff though I suppose. I had 50mm on 35mm/full frame(similar FoV to 35mm on APS-C) and hardly used it as I disliked the FoV.

If it were me, the first two lenses in the bag would be the 18mm f2 and 27mm f2.8 pancakes. Primarily for their size admittedly but they are two cracking little lenses to use as walk around solutions.
I was in Prague at the end of last year where I brought thew two aforementioned lenses along with the 14mm f2.8 and Viltrox 56mm f1.7. In hindsight, the Viltrox was a waste of bag space (although not much to be fair). I brought it just in case I needed something a little telephoto but I didn't.
The 14mm got used once or twice, and even that was really only to get the use out of it.

Based on the lenses you have listed, I would be inclined to just bring the 16-80mm and have done with it. You could probably throw in the 13mm for something a little wider and faster, however, even at night you'll find you'll be shooting at f2.8-4 in order to get decent depth of field and sharpness (depending on the scene of course) so f1.4 might not be as useful as you'd imagine.

To sort of echo the previous response, if time and funds allow, I would seriously consider getting a more standard prime - either 18, 23, 27 or 35 - although personally I wouldn't go 35mm but that's mostly down to personal taste and it can often be a little tight in cities.

Thanks. I mostly do architectural and interior stuff - the 13mm seems to be my most used lens. My 70-300MM or longer lenses for airshow stuff. I need to gauge how wide I need to go for Versaille Palace exteriors and interiors and for the Eiffel Tower and any cityscapes. I think the 8MM might be too wide, but I had a lot of fun with it around London.

Regarding your prime suggestions - a 23mm/27mm is on the list too but not for this trip as I will have to save up. The other focal lengths I won't use as much going from experience.
