What Linux Distro?

Hi, I was wondering what was the most 'noob friendly' distrubution? I've heard good things about ubuntu but I was wondering what everyones favourite is, I can always change it around a bit before I settle on one.

The next version of Ubuntu comes out soon, 26th I think so I would grab that.
