What mail client do you use?

Hey guys,

I had a rather catastrophic encounter with a faulty nV driver yesterday, so I've had to do a total reformat! I'm taking this opportunity to change things about my system which I found annoying.

Previously I used Outlook 2007 for mail, but I found this horrendously slow and frequently crashed (is this normal?!). I'm thinking about switching mail clients to either Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail (I used Outlook Express on XP which I was very happy with).

My requirements are basically the ability to check 2 Hotmail accounts and 2 pop accounts, and to be quick! Any recommendations?

Thunderbird is a terrible client.

Tried Tbird - you're right Snakedoctor it sucks! Not sure why though, can't put my finger on it...

Using the noob Live Mail client now... it work, I like it.

Are you using it to check any Hotmail or Live mail accounts? This is where I had my issues...

I stopped using my GMail after about a day - I started getting like 1000 spam emails a day (even though I'd never given my email address out to anybody). I know they all go to *** spam mail folder but it's still very annoying
